No Added Sugar, No Grains, Easy and Amazing Paleo Banana Bread

Banana bread is a food staple in the homes of many, as it is sugar-free, grain-free, and easy to prepare. You can eat it toasted for breakfast, or simply as a delicious dessert. To prepare it you need only a few ingredients, so grab them and start preparing it.
- 8 Very ripe bananas, Mashed
- 8 Organic eggs
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup coconut flour, this is a must!
- 1 cup organic dark chocolate chips you can add nuts as well if you like
- ½ tsp sea salt
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, while are well combined.
Divide the mixture and pour it into 2 lightly greased pans.
Bake for around 45-60 minutes.
