Ingredients that you need:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 8 oz. (250 ml) thick (full-fat) yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Wash the cucumber, peel and finely grate. Sauce shouldn’t be too liquid, so drain the juice of cucumber well, through the gauze if needed.

Finely chop the garlic or squeeze it.

Wash the fresh dill, dry and finely chop. Then stir all.

Add the yogurt, olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cool the sauce in the fridge, before serving. Enjoy!
